This primetime series followed the work of the Metropolitan Airborne Police as they went about their work. Getting to know, and often winning over, the contributors, was an essential part of the job as I spent days at a time at the helicopter base unobtrusively filming the police as they worked.

Having come up with the idea to turn an entire school into a lab for testing stress, I then co-produced the subsequent series, which formed the centrepiece of ‘Stress Week’ on the channel.
