Shooting and lighting documentary producer/director, specialising in factual television - location shooting, able to work as a one-man-band or with a crew, with all kinds of people in any situation, from explorers in Antarctica to Nobel Laureates.

I have shot and produced entire series and have a proven ability to find contributors, then direct and produce them on location. With credits on channels including BBC1 and Channel 4, I produce terrestrial broadcast standard television.

With a science background and a Masters degree in science communication, I have an eye for detail and the characters within a story fascinate me; my skill is in translating this onto the screen using probing questions and intelligent camerawork.
